From the Saints "The Ugly Inside"

A mirror image of TWTD only in red.

Plus the number of pubs around the premier league league table.
I believe there are some on here who may dispute some of these figures.
Unsurprisingly if you build a new stadium in the middle of nowhere you go to the bottom

Thanks Saints Ugly side for the info

Being pedantic, but how is The Dove the closest pub? Practically every pub in Ipswich town centre is closer to the ground than that.

They are going to get a shock when they discover how much parking will cost.

Don't think that site quite has the traffic that Saints Web has, which is a shame as it is obviously the more aesthetically pleasing.

QPR, Col U and Swansea also have sites with the same layout, possibly others?

Yes, I had missed where Brentford was on that list, there are loads of pubs.

Actually enjoyed some good pubs in Southampton this year that weren't that far from the ground so they have a point too.

Lovely correction in the comments to the preview too:

Re. train route. I wouldn't recommend taking the Train to 'Sheffield'.as per above. You will miss the kick off. This probably should have read 'Shenfield'.

And that it's not an early evening kick-off.

Feels like a quick rehash of last April's article.

You ain't a beauty but, hey, you're alright.

Quite a number of errors in that guide, particularly the car park prices, the direction to travel (via Wherstead Road and then past the Drum and Monkey and Staples/Fitness First!) and that it's not an early evening match!

Also suggesting that the Portman Terrace was a new thing. I remember it 50 odd years ago.
