One last dance today 08:46 - May 18 with 732 views | Mullet | The match seems a bit of a sideshow. It might be a goodbye for a few players, hidden udnerneath the Vardy nonsense. But beating them would be a good morale boost as well as the financial incentives on offer. It's all about social side, a bit like the pre McKenna era. It's weird the constant run of winning, success and jeopardy has ended and we've drifted for a few weeks as the season drags on and on. I'd be very surprised if we learn much today, given the amount churn this summer.

Can see Leicester being given a soft, or even dubious, penalty allowing Vardy to score in his last home gsme for Leicester. Would cement our views on VAR. We will play well and say goodbye , next week, to a few but we will back.

I think final game will be a fairly dull exhibition but I'm glad to actually get back to PR as it's been ridiculous trying to get tickets for home games this season. All I can think there will be of interest is if we drop in Boniface or someone similar.

I’m not sure we’re going to learn a lot from these last games either. Today’s football will indeed be a bit of a sideshow, that hopefully we can capitalise on if they’re a bit distracted.

Strangely still feel, despite our inability to pick up points at home, that we will go into next season with momentum. We will have a stronger, and more experienced, squad than we did last season. Hope you are right about giving an Academy player a start but the Academy is our weakest link.

It’ll be a very different squad to this season, but hopefully we’ll retain enough of the 23/24 bunch that are well-versed in KM’s ways. Replace a few of our losses with decent players who fit the system and mentality and we should be in a strong position. Obviously the least churn the better in terms of hitting the ground running, so we’ll just have to see how the transfer window plays out. I’m looking forward to next season already. I gave up on this one a few weeks ago, although that’s got as much to do with the fantastic weather as much as fatigue from constant disappointment.
