funny you should mention it, and I hadnt realised this had happened till a friend who runs an online small business told me, but since the 28th of July Royal Mail will only deliver 2nd class mail on alternating weekdays, ie Mon,Wed, Fri, then Tue,Thur the following week, and then back to the beginning again.
They also no longer deliver 2nd class post on Saturdays.
now this will obviously delay alot of tickets getting posted out by the club, I knew some people got theirs on Friday last week, mine turned up today, as the club do use 2nd class postage
but something to be aware of in the future if you bought a ticket on the Tuesday or Wednesday for a game on Saturday, it might not arrive in time anymore. | | | |
