I am heading to Preston tomorrow. As it's a longish train and I am also have maybe a couple of work meetings in Preston before the game, I want to take my laptop to get some work done on the way up and when there.
I know that sometimes away grounds can be annoying in the "only an A4 bag" (not that 3d bags can be measured in paper sizes, but whatever) and wondered if any of you had experience at Preston if i had a small back with various non-football things in.
It should be ok in 2025 to be able to see a game and also have other things going on in one's life, but i know those hired in security people can be jobsworth or braindead sometimes.
That said, i looked at PNE website and couldn't see anything about bag sizes or what you can/can't take in other than the normal explosives or booze etc. |  | | |  |

Wouldn't have time for that I feel as need to get back to the station after the game for the train home, but thanks. Not the end of the world if i can't, just means I have twice as much to do on Sunday. | | | |

OK. But the Premier Inn (one of the options in Preston) is very close to the station, on the way to/from Deepdate. Just a thought. | |
