It seems to me that clubs opt not to wear their proper home colours more than ever, I suppose to market their second, third and fourth shirts each season rather than caring about identify. You would think Newcastle choosing to wear green rather than the traditional black and white stripes would anger fans. Last season at Portman Road they wore white and green. Back in the day it would always have been black and white where there is no clash with the home team. I am watching Ipswich Women v Newcastle Women, and that Newcastle side are wearing black and white stripes. |  | |  |
