ChatGTP banned the account of the shooter in the recent Canadian school attack but didn't deem the ban of a high enough threshold to inform the police (banned for "furtherance of violent activities"):

Would it not be better not to ban such accounts and let them keep asking questions until they have enough evidence to go to the police? He's not interacting with others, just the bot.
