Oh yeah. France have woken up. It’s still meaningless though, so that’s a crumb of comfort if we end up losing. You can ignore the pundits and Barry at half time. There’s no way this says anything meaningful about the side or Tuchel. The big positive of it being a glorified friendly with no pressure is that it’s a lot more entertaining than the same match would have been in the competition real. We can just enjoy far more goal mouth action than we’d get in a high stakes match. |  |
