Anyone else had problems with this for no reason? Ive done all the steps but none of my ticket history is there or my old supporter ID.
Baffles me why this couldn't just be linked through supporters ids.

I haven't had any issues but I know people who have had the issue resolved quite easily through a quick call to the ticket office. |  |

I also had this issue, albeit a few weeks ago when the Club first informed us we had to link accounts.
I called the ticket office and within 1 to 2 minutes the very helpful person sorted it. I logged back in to my account about five minutes after the telephone call and all of my ticket history was then showing.
By the way, I hadn't done anything wrong, the system just wasn't doing what it was meant to on the occasion I was trying to do it. |  | | |

That happened to me when I tried to renew my membership. It had given me a different account number and was charging me a higher amount than Mr B.
Apparently I had two different Christian names on my ticket account and main account. For example one was David and the other Dave. ( That’s not my name  )
The ticket office were brilliant and sorted it straight away. |  | | |

As far as I remember, not all the logins had the supporter ID as part of the account information. For example, I’m pretty sure the ID was not included as part of you personal information.
My accounts all linked without hitch, but my wife’s didn’t. A quick check showed that on one account the phone number was wrong (simple typo). After correcting that the accounts all immediately and automatically got linked. | | | |

I had that issue, having had different email addresses on the ticket and digital logins. Emailed the club with the details and they linked it all up straight away, works fine now. |  |
