Thats twice in the team of the week in the month, so much for shocking positioning as some have said.

Well done to Edwards. I still don't think he is the long-term solution at right-back (although better than the other options currently at the club). BUT he hasn't let us down. Most of the tabloids had Delaney and McAuley in the team of the week. Sounds like a very impressive defensive performance!

It was, although much credit must also go to ALB. In reality, not only did we defend well, the team also kept on attacking when they could and that's where Edwards was really good - going forward.

Yes, CE's value to the team is his ability to attack. However, defensively he is a liability. For the most part, particularly if we're lucky enough to be controlling a game, we get away with it. He copes. However, when we are under the cosh we need a proper defender in there.

Carlos is a lovely man and is definitely an asset but at RB? I wonder.
