Released winger Reggie Lambe is on trial at Southend United. The Bermudian international is set to feature in a Shrimpers XI at Blue Square Bet Premier side Braintree on Wednesday.

Lambe, who was told his Town terms would not be renewed at the end of the season, has previously been on trial at Bristol Rovers and Newport County, who are understood to have been ready to offer the 20-year-old a contract.

Using the word C**T when little kids are about is never a good move either so I could see why town released him and why he is not with another DECENT club yet.
