Former Loanee Joins Watford Monday, 22nd Jul 2013 12:09 Former Blues loanee Reece Brown has joined Watford following his release by Manchester United at the end of the season.
The 21-year-old, who was understood to have held talks about a possible return to Town earlier in the summer, has signed a two-year deal with the Hornets.
Brown, the brother of former England international Wes, made one sub appearance during a two-month spell at Portman Road at the end of 2012/13.

I don't understand how a team with a transfer embargo can sign 10 players ?

Not up to our standards, they can have him! Seems a league 1 player to me 😜
