Touré on Trial With Clermont Foot
Tuesday, 12th Jul 2016 14:12

Former Blues wideman Larsen Touré is currently on trial back in France with Ligue 2 side Clermont Foot.

Guinean international Touré was released at the end of 2015/16 having been offered a one-year deal after impressing while on trial last summer.

The 31-year-old is set to feature for Clermont in a friendly against Rodez on Wednesday. Touré, a close friend of Blues midfielder Kevin Bru from their days in Bulgaria with Levski Sofia, made five starts and six sub appearances for the Blues without scoring.

Let's scout and pursue a decent wideman instead of relying on triallists who aren't good enough.

I warned Larsen that Clermont Foot was a bad hat.

An example of what happens when you 'buy' cheap options like Toure and Coke.

Yeah cuz that's what happened with Mings and Creswell hey Jas0999!

Why can't fans accept that you may go through 6 or 7 bad ones before finding a gem? Get over it, they came, we took a punt and it didn't pay off. What else can Mick do with the resources he's being asked to work with?
