Embarrassing - all four goals totally avoidable with basic defending....

Wow! That's as bad as it gets defensively!! Is Nsialla really that slow? Flat footed doesn't even come close! Welcome back Woolfie.

Holy had a game to forget yesterday and think the issue is the defence and goalkeeper not communicating enough. We handed Donacaster the 4 - 1 score line and if that isnt addressed by Lambert at Lincoln Saturday then expect a similar result. Dont really want to see us conceding 5 against Lincoln at like last season. Hull had a blip against fleetwood, lets hope this game is our blip!

That is truly awful. But only one game. Give them another chance.

Playing out from the back didnt work when Lambert first came in and we were in the championship, those tactics contributed to our downfall then, so unless we are having footballers in the team who can play out from the back ( Wolfie) then scrap this tactic bevause it will cost us!

I feel sorry for Toto because by all accounts he's a really nice guy, but you've got to say he's got a hand in pretty much all their goals.

1) Comes rushing out leaving him out of position when the ball is played through.
2) Is standing out of line with the rest of his defence. Had he been in line he'd have easily headed away
3) Allows the ball to bounce, isn't quick enough, doesn't foul the player before he gets to the box, doesn't attempt a tackle
4) Mostly Holy's fault with the pass, but still could have reacted quicker and got into a better position to stop the ball coming in.

Not just down to the defenders —if it is being played out from the back the midfield have got to be giving them options. By all accounts they weren't.

Most teams have one match per season like this where things just go wrong. Thought our defense looked ponderous and Holy should never have been beaten by the one that curled just inside his left hand post and his pass out to the right for their last one was a shocker. Overall the defense looked rather jaded with too much ball watching lets hope for better on Saturday..........
