I wonder why Johnson's effort just before the 4th didn't feature? The same happened with the Brighton game highlights when Broady's effort didn't feature either.

That was a very odd game indeed.
Thought we started brightly, particularly Jack Clarke....made some chances, looked ok considering the opposition.....yet by halftime we were three down.
Thought O'Shea was a bit unlucky to have two deflections off if him that resulted in goals, and can only assume that Jack Clarke couldn't see Doku through all of the bodies, hence his pass across the pitch that was intercepted..I was shouting at the TV to go forward and then he made THAT pass. DOH!
Our central midfielders are simply there to be a nuisance, to break up play, be a body in the way, to try and get a foot in.....it feels as though every other team in the league (& the Championship) have players that break forward with a bit of pace and get past players, we haven't anybody that can do that, with Cajuste & Taylor our most able to move forward, but seldom do, certainly not until we've conceded a goal or two, but Moray, Phillips and Massimo just haven't got it

Typing an essay on a mobile phone with predictive doing it's own thing, her, a bunch of typos yet again!

Really need to intend on damage limitation V Liverpool otherwise goal difference and confidence is going to be destroyed.

We knew it was a challenge this season, having overachieved to get to the Prem so quickly we just need to find a way to finish 4th from bottom. The classy talented Championship players we've bought, that are so used to having a lot of the ball and playing in successful teams are all struggling a bit with us having so little of it (centre-halves must have 75% if what possession we do have, tippy tapping it back and forth).

Fingers crossed we get a couple of good results very soon, but being the only club near the bottom that hasn't changed the manager, our confidence is fading whilst fresh ideas and input from new head coaches / managers are picking up the heads of our main rivals!
