The only thing I can advise is get it done properly.
My sister works with Wills and Estates and the amount of problems caused by incorrectly drafted Wills, or no Will at all, is absolutely mind blowing. It might seem like a good idea to do it on the cheap but it’s really not! |

The early yellow card didn’t help. He’s managed that situation before but these PL refs are a different proposition.
Having said that, any player who doesn’t perform, whoever they are, will lose their place. Survival is the aim this season and there is no room for sentiment. |

I freely admit I know nothing about this guy but in general terms we will be paying over the odds for any striker we bring in now.
The Broja deal effectively falling apart, or so it seems, at this stage of the window leaves us scrabbling around for a replacement and selling clubs know it. It’s a sellers market at this point! |

Been wondering about this deal.
Despite the rumours there’s been nothing official from either club, which I would have expected had the deal died completely. We obviously want him but given something has been found at the medical I’m guessing we are trying to renegotiate around the obligation to buy, which is completely understandable. |

There are rumours that we definitely pulled the plug on Friday but haven’t seen anything official to confirm one way or the other.
Assuming it is off it will be interesting to see where we go. Still need a quality striker and not a lot of time left to sort it. |

Rumour is that there is a significant sell on percentage Sunderland will have to pay Spurs if Clarke is sold.
I imagine that is influencing Sunderlands demands. |

Harsh to say it but we can’t let sentiment get in the way of PL survival if the club is going to make the most of the opportunity it now has .
The chances of more than a small number of our League 1 players being able to make the step up to PL levels on a regular basis are remote frankly. |
