This was my first game of the season, so some completely new players for me to look at. Very impressive individual performances from Fraser (my MotM), AMN, Douglas and Knudsen. Most impressive of all tho was the way we worked as a *team*, very together, lots of linking up, good passing, worked very hard to (successfully) cover each other - hard work on the training ground paying off - well done TC, MM and the lads!

Apart from Murphs, we seemed to have left our shooting boots at home!
Murphs & Bart joint MOM - without them, we'd not have had the +4 difference which saw us get into the play-offs!
Not sure why we were so passive returning from the break for at least 20 mins, during which time Blackburn seemed to actually want it more.

Scannell - excellent - MotM - can we buy him pls ME ...?

Why didn't Sears start?

Our back 4 were shocking beyond belief esp in first half, thought Fryers the best actually - anyone would have struggled to cope with Scannell, and Fryers did at least manage to get a few good challenges & interceptions in on him.

Our passing was absolutely woeful, I'd be surprised if completion rate was more than about 30%!

After their first goal went in any confidence drained out of us, and sideways/backwards passing was the norm about 80-90% of the time...
