When somebody asked us to join the party we thought it was one with curry and beer. Apologies @UKLabour for the misunderstanding and we won’t be defecting afraid #RedWallpic.twitter.com/R8yfppq8P8

I think that's a fair point. Though, I am expecting McKenna/Ashton etc to be competent enough to have thought about that as part of their decision making process and assessed that wherever he will be sent is a better option for his development than Swindon was.
Isn't the point that Bruce took an unimaginable amount of abuse with no supportive fans to counter at all? Which is of course totally different to Cook.
Hey, look, I'm not totally convinced by Cook either based on his time here. He does have a good record at the clubs he's been at in the past but results speak for themselves so far, they haven't been good.
What I am convinced of is that this squad is far superior to that we had last season and will come good. So despite the frustration at results, there are obvious positives and we should get behind them.
Of all the times in the last 15 years to be patient, now is the time pal. Try and wrap your head around the level of transition the club have undertaken this summer.
This isn't being patient with a bunch of below par L1 players in the Champ under Hurst or a load of past it players plugging their ears under Lambert.
