I asked the board for transfer funds and got £600,000 so not too paid put it into wages and brought a few free transfers, Norwood is very good as is jackson on my save |

ive recently got into following the nba due mainly toThe last dance documentary, one of the things like most is the salary cap to stop teams holding all the best players without actually needing them..
I also like the how the draft works which I know can't be implicated into football for obvious reasons but it keeps it fair and the teams with the worst records have a better chance of picking up the best prospects, so what I'm getting at is if you could bring any rules from other games into football what would it be?

I was going to say surely you have a few offers to move on,
I had intended to do a journeyman career but can’t bring myself to leave Ipswich now.. had a few offers from Marseille and Lyon but other than that not anything to really warrant leaving, Leeds have approached me 2-3 times now but if I was going to leave I think I’d like to go abroad to manage maybe french league or German |

I also took the England job for a few years, won the nations league also, and have just won the World Cup, decided to resign after that to try take Ipswich to the next level, trying to break into the top 6 in the prem is difficult, but after winning the Europa league and being in the champions league this year I had a budget of 88m for transfers so hoping I’ve spent well and can try break in🤷ðŸ»â€â™‚ï¸
I still have woolfenden but that’s it of the original squad, Flynn downes was sold before I joined, he’s now playing for galatasary or however you spell it 😂
Wolf had also been sold to Newcastle when I arrived for 15m but I picked him back up for 950k |

Seeing as we are all in lockdown, I’ve been playing a lot of football manager, interested to read other peoples careers on the game..
I started at chippingham, won the national league south, Swindon town offered me a job halfway through the next season, joined them bottom of league 1, didn’t manage to save them unfortunately but got promoted the following season when Ipswich approached me.. they just finished above relegation in the championship, finished 13th first season with them then following year won the league! Starting my third year in the prem, finished 7th and 8th and won the Europa league last year.. |

Any suggestions for a striker playing up top on his own? Zaza is 30 now and although scoring goals I prefer to sign a young player and possible sell off for big money later on? |

I thinking about staying with Torino and trying to make them a force in Serie A then Europe and see what jobs come my way.. signed a few youngsters, ojo from Liverpool, brought Chong in on loan, and trev Chalobah.. so far so good and they have already extended my contract for 2 years so looks like I’ll be given the chance to create a team.. looking forward to it, just need to find a young striker to take over from zaza |

Bump this up be interesting to see what people have done, I started a new save, started at chippingham, got them promoted first season to the national league, then moved on to aldershot, signed Ben Morris on loan and he was on fire for me, scored 18 from left midfield as we won the national league, second season was a bit more difficult, brought in Danny Rowe on a permanent and loaned in Flynn Downes.. signed simmonds on a free from Man City and he was awesome, made play offs and got myself promoted before moving on to derby who has been relegated from the championship along with Ipswich! :( won league one with them and got a move to Torino! Currently sitting 4th having just beaten juventus 1-0! Want to see how many clubs I can move through.. |

I bet, i had a bit of luck with McKendry first season but once promoted wasn’t good enough and have loaned him out both seasons same with Downes, any luck with him? Dozzell I loaned out first season to Portsmouth and he’s come back a hellava player for me, I have clubs circling him all year so going to try keep hold of him in the summer, I have just noticed Norwich are top if the champ on mine and have a youngster scoring for fun and playing for England u19 trying to sign him at the moment, think he’ll be a good signing for me and made even sweeter taking him from them! |

I like the idea of starting right at the bottom but I wanted to manage Ipswich so I just started there, may have to try that next time, what’s Lankester like on your save? Struggling to give him game time on mine and had been tempted to release him, don’t want to though, only sort of academy players I could get playing was ted bish who plays for me here and there when resting my midfield and Andre Dozzell who starts most games for me..
Trying to get my academy up to cat 1 but Marcus Evans is having none of it at the moment, I’d like to bring through my own players soon |

I got rid of spence straight away straight to Rotherham, signed Liam Palmer I think go replace him..
Also signed saint maxim or something from palace when I got Townsend, they went down so raided them a bit, also got wan bissaka from them too,
Anyone recommend a centre mid I could sign coming into my 4th season |

I struggled to lose both hence why I offered them both coaching roles
But had to leave to improve squad so left me no choice, I signed someone called riddle Baku and he’s an absolute beast
Nolan done a job for me but sold him to Cardiff for 6 m huws and ward are prem players now and still play in my team.. |

Chambo dropped out of my team after promotion now my under 18s manager along with Peter crouch haha
Skuse decided he wanted to carry on playing so went to Kilmarnock

I play a 4-3-3 possession based play, signed Patrick Roberts on a free from Man City and he’s been class for me, sold Bart this season to Newcastle for 5 mil as I had lafont, beat Man City in the cup 4-0 |

Bump this back up, any updates people, I some how managed to get promoted in my first season against all odds finishing second in the league, signed Marcus Maddison in January while 5th and he was my signing of the season!
Got 40 million to spend first year up, brought in Townsend for 12 mil and a bargain Tyrone mings for 800k and Dwight gale for 9 mil and managed to finish 14th in the prem
Now on my third season just finished January sitting 6th in the league and just won the cabarero cup against Chelsea on pens
Signed a few players malang sar and Fabio Silva |
