May goodness some comments by are on here are bewildering. The team have just played a full year with 6 defeats, turned out last night with a ravaged dressing room and you’re criticising the players who have stepped up and put a performance in for the club. In Rafiqs defence he has apologised unreservedly and swiftly. However it does a huge amount of damage to his credibility and I suspect a lot more will come out in future days that will cause him a lot of personal harm and that’s very sad because he is grieving and I fear also has mental health issues.
His legal advisers have dropped him right in it because surely they should have made sure he himself was not and had not been racist during his past ?
What is clear already of course is the outrage shown to those morons at YCC who were disgraceful won’t be shown to Rafiq and why is racism against the Jewish community still seen as acceptable in many quarters ?. |

Serious question and I don’t know the answer.In Wales masks have been mandatory right through and their current infection rate is significantly higher than the rest of the UK. Do you know and understand why this is the case. For the record I wear and carry a mask in all indoor public spaces and I have a family member lived in Asia for decades who has worn masks on transport etc since she moved there. Cooks management team, the squad and the board are doing a great job, just sad so many who know so little about playing or managing a sports team or managing a business take such a silly short term view on our club. |
