Ref has been hopeless. Occassion far too big for him. Having said that, Hladky probably should save that. It's miles out and not even hit that well... |

Clearly a talented player and seemingly a fantastic bloke, who at his best, opens doors in matches that others in the squad cannot, however 3 goals in over 60 appearances tells its own story. At the level we're now operating at, we need players in his position who contribute end product and numbers, directly impacting the result of matches. Despite his ability, he does not do this regularly enough. Fun player to watch though so sad to see him go! |

What’s KMc meant to do? Neither Ladapo or Jackson are anywhere close to good enough at this level and he knows this. We’ll get a new striker next month but until then it’s what we have. Hirst injury has at least confirmed this. |

It's the lack of urgency for me. At the start of the season we played at fast pace with one touch passing. Now it's so slow and Woolfenden is a huge part of that, he hangs onto the ball for far too long and then tries an elaborate pass and loses possession. The ball should be moved quickly to our technically good players (i.e Aluko in the first half, Broadhead in the second). No urgency across the midfield either and everyone is either scared to lose the ball or take on a man so it's all played infront of teams. Humphreys was very very poor tonight but it's terrible transfer business that we can't bring on Luongo / Camara / Ball / another to replace him. Shocking performance and management collectively tonight and we didn't look like scoring for a second. |
