A timely reminder of all the good Marcus has done for us
at 20:54 3 Mar 2021
Yes he is wrong.
Most didn't want Keane
Jewell I think we gave the benefit of doubt to, but he wouldn't have been many's first choice
McCarthy was seen as a necessity
Hurst was the sort of manager we all wanted i.e. an up-and-coming manager
None of us would have chosen Lambert last time, but we chose to get behind him, as we've done with all new managers.
Now Cook is/was a lot of our first choices as manager
If we get taken over and Evans goes...

"We need to bring back community initiatives more too, Scum have been poaching our territories for far too long."
This - Norwich have been running kids training courses all over Suffolk including some in Ipswich, where they kit out all the kids in NCFC training gear.
What could be worse for any parent then seeing their child wearing Norwich kits??!?!?!?

I think it's probably right - Evans has lost interest and didn't have a clear plan.
Lambert still failed to get anywhere near the best out of what he had
Still no assistant manager announced

Yep I'd like this too, seems unlikely as they haven't worked together before.
But if things go well and Cook gets poached by a bigger club it'd leave Dyer in a prime position to then take over.
Also create space for Chambers and Skuse to take over the U23's at the end of the season

They seem to be blaming him solely for their transfer dealings, why is this all down to a CEO?
You'd have thought that should be on a Director of Football, Manager and Chief Scout before the CEO

Something interesting on there:
" Webster was a recommendation from Cole Skuse at Ipswich."
If you believe it why is Skuse touting our players out to other clubs?
at 21:07 28 Feb 2021
Yeah I did, I'm a bit disappointed so far.
Spurs score 4 and he only got 1 goal and no assists....
What will we be getting in Paul Cook?
at 16:50 26 Feb 2021
Lets just look at his last 3 jobs:
Chesterfield - L2 title, then L1 play-offs
Portsmouth - L2 title
Wigan - L1 title, nearly kept them in Championship despite administration + 12pt deduction
Better than Lambert's previous jobs of relegations and sackings!
at 22:52 20 Feb 2021
We can only hope it's true
Re Kieron etc

The thing with him already at the club is you don't have to make the decision straight away.
Sack Lambert make Dyer caretaker.
If results and performances improve give it to him until the end of the season, if they don't you appoint Cook/Cowley and Dyer goes back to the U23's to get more experience and can hopefully take over later with the club in a better place.
What's to lose?
Why doesn't ME hire Sheepshanks to come back as Chairman?
at 16:55 18 Feb 2021
Yes he made mistakes, but I'm sure he learnt from them too.
Let's not forget he's the Chairman who took us to the Premier League and Europe (then got carried away) and since then has been working at the FA so will have a contacts list like nobody else

Terrible dull football, but he used to guarantee success, however his last 2 jobs at Boro and Sheff Wed have been abject failures, so now the only guarantee is the diabolical football
Evans is the problem
at 14:13 17 Feb 2021
I think it's just about money, sack him now and pay up 4 years of contract - £2m or wait until he's failed at the end of the season and I'd guess the pay off would be something like 1 year - £500k.
I'd argue though a new manager could give us a bounce and we're still capable of getting promotion so we'd make more than what we've have to pay Lambert
