We have the longest serving manager outside of the Premier League, and the 4th longest in the top 4 leagues.

Only Wenger, Dyche and Eddie Howe have been in their jobs longer than Mick.

Edit: I am wrong, the Morcombe manager was appointed in 2011.
Still, it surprised me.

Large amounts of donations just piling up and no one to distribute it.
Shame on the council.
Could 2017 be the year the 'Left was Won'?

2016 was the year of the right, no doubt about it.
First Macron in France
Now are we seeing the young mobilized more then before, and middle class Britain perhaps shifting.
Could it happen?
Personally, I don't think so, as I think the tabloid backlash is about to start, but its nice to hope.

Bored of the political back and forths... no one seems to win those, we just get p*issed with each other.
So a little burst of 4 bands I am working with at the moment for various reasons.

I give a choice of two, as it expresses the board dichotomy at the moment.

Some hope for England

Ok, the French B team were not in their right mind... But...
We have a number 2 GK, Butland looked very good
The two young Spurs lads looked very alright. Alli has some growing up to do, but is a high pressing, reasonably creative midfield option. Dier may be the 'in the hole' midfielder we have lacked for a while.
Barkley looked like a proper international footballer.
Sterling was superb.
Stones and Cahill may just work as a centre back partnership.
Kane can hold the ball up, and due to his growing reputation, teams are scared of him.

So, signed 6 players already, and at least some of them on decent fees:
Also, turning down 12million bids for Austin.

So is FFP going to fail at the first real challenge?

Have we got a new mascot, or has Mick finally found a box to box midfielder who can steamroll the opposition?
