Don't think he did enough consistently while he was here on loan. You also have to remember if he did sign permanently that would be stepping on Skuse's toes and MM won't have that! [Post edited 29 Jun 2017 9:24]

The games he seemed to struggle were when he was paired with Skuse. That simply didn't work as a combination.
As a base of the central midfield he looked a good player, he was a lot more positive than Skuse and wasn't afraid to keep the ball moving forward |  |
