Players playing in their correct position rather than being shoehorned into an un-natural position just to get them in the team.
The team having a recognisable style of play.
That style being the same style at all levels throughout the club (without being too dogmatic about it)
A little more faith placed in the youth players
A little less fear when playing and a little more adventure
Younger players not dropped regardless of performance when a regular gets fit again.
No more subtle & not so subtle digs at the fans by the manager.
A full strength team in the cup competitions.
Management recognising the importance of cup competitions to the fans.
Regulars being not being picked regardless of form or effectiveness
A MD who knows what is going on and can genuinely speak on behalf of the club.
A transfer policy that is not exclusively based around the managers previous players or ones who had a single good performance against us.
That isn't too much to ask for is it ?

Time for Evans to get a grip. Tell MM there's no extension now and get on with it. Put Nash/Klug in temporary control and get all loans back to reassess who's in and who's out for next season.
We're not going down nor up so should be making most of time. Keeping MM is just wasting time. |  | | |

I think I'd be happy with a brutally honest this is what we are and where we are.
If it means hearing that we feel we're playing at our natural level and things will be funded accordingly then I'd rather someone just told me that. |  |

no of course not - but there have been some fairly obvious mis-matches (McGoldrick doing a poor impression of a winger) where a regular player has been played in a position that is not a natural fit over and above a youth/reserve player who could more naturally play in that position. | | | |
