Don’t know. Getting into the Evening Star website past all the GDPR approvals is too much of a hassle for me.

His punishment is a ticking off and a statutory victim surcharge of £115. I believe that stealing from someone's house is a more serious offence than selling a fake Lauren polo shirt, similarly that viewing and or making child porn images is a more serious offence, bothof which have resulted in cautions and not prison sentences in recent times. Strange world.

It’s not an either/or though is it. Low life scum are low life scum. Not sure the ‘I don’t deserve to be punished because someone else did something worse once’ excuse really cuts it.

He also sold counterfeit electronic goods, which can be dangerous as they rarely comply with relevant safety standards. Can you give some examples of people being cautioned for making and viewing child porn? Not saying it hasn't happened but I've not seen any examples of this myself and I'd be surprised to see people getting cautions for such offences.

Did he, where does it say that? Sentence seems a bit harsh to me and he wasn't actually ripping people of as such as anyone with any nous would have known they were snide.
