I have now emailed the ticket office, they have replied that the packs are being put together to be posted out this week!

All they do is reactivate last seasons, as it said in the renewal pack, if you’ve misplaced it’s a £5 charge for new card

Got mine come in the post this morning - just about. I say just about as the ticket was hanging out of the address window - could have easily got detached and lost or pulled out as no plastic bit where the address window is.
