Unless Lambert and his coaching staff can make Championship players out of these two players, they are surplus to our squad.
Nolan has skill, but is lightweight in midfield, we have better than him in Dozzell, Downes, Nydem and Bishop plus the other 'sick note midfielders.
Nsiala is a man mountain, but is impetuous in the challenge, is uncomfortable on the ball and can't pass.
