Jason Cundy 22:55 - May 2 with 2957 views | Marshalls_Mullet | Was listening to talksport and thought I would check his stats. I assumed his career was; - started at Chelsea - had a decent career over a few seasons at Spurs - had a short stint with us at the end of his career Turns out that he played more matches for us than any other club; https://www.soccerbase.com/players/player.sd?player_id=1826 Genuinely surprised how little football he played over his career.

I remember that goal he scored for Spurs against us at PR from the halfway line - and pretending he meant it in extreme winds..! To play only a shade over a hundred games in a career is quite poor though. Huws must be envious of him - his career likely to finish with maybe 50 chalked up at this rate...!! Retired due to a knee injury, I wonder if that dogged his career.

Yeah. Testicular cancer. The cancer came back as well a few years ago and he underwent more radiotherapy. Not heard anymore about it so assume and hope no news is good news.

Cundy was fantastic in cutting down a Spurs fan the other week who was a tad over-excited at beating Man City by telling him you've not won anything yet. Poor guy was desolate after that
