I wouldn't see that as especially tight, we have 2 games in hand on 10th. They would have to win 2 games while we lost 4 for them to catch us (and turn around 12 goals on the goal difference.
We have been hauled back by not playing as much as by losing 1 game. Of course, if 1 defeat becomes 2 then 3 or we go on a run of draws then it does get tight. |  |

Of course a 4 point gap isn't all that huge and we only have it as long as we maintain form.
We need to get back to winning ways as quickly as possible - hopefully tonight followed up with 3 points at Southend. As I keep maintaining, it isn't about how many games we are unbeaten it is about winning the majority of those games we "should" win. Sunderland last season and again so far this suffered from drawing too many. | |
