Our lack of testing laid bare on 16:04 - Apr 18 with 397 views | Lord_Lucan | There's a couple of things that surprise me here. 1/ The amount of tests from the likes of Korea etc are not as much as a difference as I was led to believe by comments on here. 2/ Why did Peston decide to stop his list at UK and not publish those beneath us Had a series of communications from a mate in HK today that I thought was extremely interesting. I might copy and paste when I get a bit of time.

Our lack of testing laid bare on 17:35 - Apr 18 with 354 views | Ftnfwest | Wow there’s only 20 countries in the world?! It’s also out of date as UK and France are both on 460,000 now

You found that quite quickly and the one I look at each day is easily accessible but Peston can only find one that shows the UK at the bottom of a list. Well done Robert

Our lack of testing laid bare on 15:09 - Apr 18 by Nthsuffolkblue | Is it Argentine now? EDIT: My mistake, that's the Falklands isn't it? Doh! Second EDIT: which is still 3rd in the list. Why did they get 319 tests? [Post edited 18 Apr 2020 15:13]

The problem that no one wants to recognise - from your link is thus. Accuracy In March 2020 China[59] reported problems with accuracy in their test kits. In the United States, the test kits developed by the CDC had "flaws;" the government then removed the bureaucratic barriers that had prevented private testing.[60] Spain purchased test kits from Chinese firm Shenzhen Bioeasy Biotechnology Co Ltd, but found that results were inaccurate. The firm explained that the incorrect results may be a result of a failure to collect samples or use the kits correctly. The Spanish ministry said it will withdraw the kits that returned incorrect results, and would replace them with a different testing kit provided by Shenzhen Bioeasy.[90] 80% of test kits the Czech Republic purchased from China gave wrong results.[91][92] Slovakia purchased 1.2 million test kits from China which were found to be inaccurate. Prime Minister MatoviÄ suggested these be dumped into the Danube.[93] AteÅŸ Kara of the Turkish Health Ministry said the test kits Turkey purchased from China had a "high error rate" and did not "put them into use."[94][95] The UK purchased 3.5 million test kits from China but in early April 2020 announced these were not usable.[96][97] At the risk of repeating myself I don't trust the tests and I don't trust any countries official data including our own, apart from North Korea of course who have done spectacularly.

The Jewish Labour supporter who used to write for The Spectator and the Telegraph? That must cause some conundrums for you.

Political point-scoring at this time of global crisis that's being exacerbated in this country by government incompetence is very poor form.
