Aren't people with HIV who are on anti-virals pretty much fine nowadays? Whilst taking them their immune system is near normal levels?

No, not a pastilla. It was pigeon - a bird, they keep them in coops all over the place, the Egyptians do, When the pigeons wake up in the morning one them says 'looks like George got going early today. Bit like Fred the other week - actually has anyone seen Fred lately?' So it is pigeon, the bird, with feathers on, and breast meat. Not pidgin Egyptian for a Filipino milk based sweet, a bird, with wings, and a beak.
