As I have said if he has broken the rules he should be sacked and shamed publicly, if he hasn’t move on. We still don’t know the full facts and if he is guilty he should be ashamed and never hold a position in Govt again. However if he has broken no rules, sought and given guidance on the actions he has taken then you don’t condemn an innocent person just because you despise his political views. |
He was breaking the rules even before he drove to Durham.
His excuse for the Durham trip is that his wife was showing symptoms so before he became infected, and for the sake of his child, drove north to be within reach of family membrrs.
Remember those pictures of him running away from Downing Street, he shouldn’t even have been there if his wife was showing symptoms, he should already have been self isolating, |  |

We already know what he did. He's admitted travelling across the country with someone with Covid-19 symptoms to be closer to his family during lockdown. The guidance was to stay at home and self-isolate, everyone else has been doing so. There are now further credible allegations of at least one further breach of lockdown rules from Cummings. What more do you need to know? |  |

To be fair it is possible he got a call from his wife saying she was showing symptoms whilst he was at Downing Street; I don’t think there’s any suggestion that he knew she was ill at that point? Bearing in mind he would of course had to be caring for his child if she was because there was no one else in the entire city of London who could have helped out. | |
