I presume all those who were so pleased he got hounded out in favour of Kenlock are equally giddy at the prospect of an extended period of Myles playing every week?

Knudsen “ hounded out”, ??? Get out of here .... he’d decided to jump ship after his World Cup squad inclusion as he saw himself better than he was. His agent told him he’d be snapped up by big club in England . No one came in for him ! So he moved abroad . Good luck to him . But he wasn’t hounded out.

He was right. Top of the league and pretty much ever present this season. And playing group stages UEFA League last year (he was on the bench when they got knocked out in the first knockout round). They've got knocked out of the UEFA League play off last week, if anyone is interested. Knudsen started.

Not saying he was a world beater but he's at least a level above Kenlock, if not two.

Poll: Do you think Pert is key to all of this?

Alright Paz, no, not appreciating decent-but-not-flashy players does.

Chambers is another one for that list.

I rate chambers, like any player at this level he has his faults but he’s solid and a great leader. Didn’t rate Knudsen, his inability to pass it to a teammate was astounding. Is branding Knudsen as ‘decent’ not also an opinion?

I mean, he wasn't right that a big club would snap him up, was he? The Allsvenskan generates about 1/5th of the revenue that the Championship makes. The biggest clubs have budgets about the size of Bristol City if they get a Champions League participation bonus and Rotherham if they don't. It's likely he took a pay cut to move to Malmo.

He got picked up by a club of similar size to Ipswich, who happen to be a big fish in a small pond.
