But Paul Lambert is a terrible, terrible manager and his time here has been an unmitigated disaster (aside from some initial good stuff off the pitch).

Unfortunately, stats do not tell the whole story here - but of course you know that and are just being awkward

Me like a lot of other people would have been happy to have seen change in the summer, or even in a month's time if it was the correct decision.

He isn't a great manager no but we are in league one where we deserve to be, but some of the players have to take responsibility for where we are this isn't all down to the manager.

Never said that, we haven't blown anyone away and we haven't played "Fantastic" and "Unbelievable" Like Lambert quoted. But we are winning games, you can't knock 2 points per game it doesn't matter if it's against the better or worse sides you still need to beat them.

The next 8 games are the real test, to get rid of him now would be stupid, lets see where we are after these 8 games. (Although in hindsight if we give it 8 games it could be too little too late!

)

Lambert a long way away from being sacked regardless.

A poor year last season, and whilst I'm not wholey convinced yet this season, you can't argue with league position, and we will have more of idea of where stand after the summer changes over the next 8.
