Did a quick 45 minute ride this morning at 6:45am. Very cold and frosty but an absolutely beautiful sunrise. The mist along the canal was also rather nice. A pleasant way to start the day. SB

Good stuff. Sadly my only options early doors are public roads which I won't go on before rush hour ends :-(

Think I got lucky in lockdown 1 - built up a level of fitness when the we largely had the roads to ourselves :-)

Next thing on the govt agenda - a proper cycling network!
