It’s not just the manager, We aren’t a well run club, we flitter from one management appointment and the style they bring with them and it’s an endless cycle of them wanting to bring in their players.
The club needs a consistent philosophy and appoint managers who want to play that style. Lambert has never been known as a possession type manager so why appoint him? |  | | |
