Very good on the top level as a Republican reacting to Trump and as an Austrian relating to the rise and ultimate fall of Nazism.

The undertone of American exceptionalism and how he and other presumably democratic politicians performed their roles before last Wednesday is less satisfying.

Nice to finally hear someone of government authority call them what they are.

Someone who clearly has a better understanding of Nazism from his own closeness to what happened in WWII regionally.

Someone who I expect most Proud Boys look up to somewhat as a “tough guy” in Hollywood.

And most importantly, an old man who could easily kick the sh1t out of their 3 hardest “boys” in a single fight at once.

Saw this on BBC. To be honest previously took no notice of Arnie as thought he was a fairly crap actor. But listened to this and thought he hit the nail on the head regarding extremism ( of all kinds) and gave the pro Trumpers both barrels. Some of them might even listen to someone like him, though not sure they have enough brain cells.
