I have fantastic recommendation in Leicestershire if that helps. Shop around, find a really good local fitter they wil be miles cheaper than the nationals. Be careful though the imported ones are cheap and supposed to be terrible. Mine was 1180. The national quotes were about 1700 but you will see ads for 799 online |  |

Had a remote controlled roller door installed a couple of years ago through Costco. If you have Costco membership, or know someone who has, have a look at their prices. For most things, I find that you can't beat Costco for price or value, especially if their garage doors are in the current discount offers.
The garage doors are from a company called Birkdale, their HQ is (from memory) In Scunthorpe, although the initial survey, etc was handled by a local agency (SE London for me).
I had a few problems with the installation, but that was because my house is a non-standard (ie modern timber framed) construction and the garage has a non-standard opening. All problems were handled quickly, amicably and at no extra cost, even when the remote controller unit played up months later, the sort of no quibble after-sales service which is normal practice for Costco. |  |
