It was a good display yesterday, not brilliant, and potentially a false dawn with some defensive frailty.
But some of our movement and passing was exquisite - plus some defensive play from Downes, matheson and Kenlock to drool over.
That was the kind of display and footballing style we’ve wanted for a decade; BUT it was Blackpool in the third tier, with their most effective player missing. Expect the Shrews next will actually test us again. |  |

Two players who were played in their best positions, it's not a shock they improved in their performance
Sorry but to say if you weren't impressed by the performance means you have an agenda is bullux, the facts are we've passed backwards and been so slow for months, a pass going forwards looks amazing, but honestly yesturday was the performance you expect against a Blackpool, not one to get all excited about.
