That is a good point. We had a foretaste of that here in Cheltenham, back last March. Friend of mine was able to go out for a walk for the first time the other day during his slow recovery from the Covid he caught in town during raceweek. | |

I think that’s a sligthly different point — I’m sure sudden increases in visits cause all sorts of problems with rubbish, traffic and whatever regardless of when they happen. | | | |
