I contemplated adding in that awful American mess, but we outed the wrong'uns on the Battenburg thread and I didn't want to soil my poll with that yellow slime.

I had it tonight with my pork chop. Delicious. English mustard is by far the worst. It's just hot, no flavour or subtlety at all.
Also Germans do well. Had some sausage in Cologne and got 3 types of mustard and some sauerkraut - lovely old job.
