Heard Anton Ferdinand on Talkshait on Friday night describe Roeder as his favourite manager. Very sad I will forever think of him as a QPR player and FA Cup final captain.

Spent a lot of time in my youth practicing the" Roeder Shuffle" as I thought it one of the coolest moves i'd ever seen.

For those younger board members (and those with a less than clean mind) the "shuffle" was a step over and not what you're thinking!

Very sad. Only 65. I remember him particularly as a player, initially at Leyton Orient and at some point Newcastle. A good player followed by a few years in management. I was reading earlier that Peter Lorimer of of the great Revie Leeds team (dirty Leeds!) is in a hospice sadly. Now he was a great player with an almighty shot on him.
