He is not a lone striker, he has proved this many times under Lambert, good goal scorer but only in a front two.

He gets a lot of bad press but he’s not all bad.

Me and him once turned a beetle into an amphibious car and sailed to the states in just under 2 and a half hours. We did some keepie uppies on the way and he always did at least 6 more than me.

2 and half hours ? that beats my record of windsurfing from Hull to Antigua (west coast) in just over 4 hours.
Just in time time to get a cab to st johns and see Lara (Brian that is not croft) make an unbeaten 50.
Bloody arms ached, but that could have been the red stripe.

Top lad, but not when it comes to converting chances into actual goals, which is why he's here. Needs to work in a two up front, but also needs to improve conversion rate or he'll be gone!

He played as a lone striker when he bagged all his goals at Tranmere.

His movement off the ball and ability to bring people into play is excellent at this level. He wins countless free kicks in and around the box and is the most alert striker in the box we've had for some time. His achilles heel is the composure of his finishing but if you want his other qualities, at this level, there will be some negatives.

If you want to question the quality of the squad or those who sholdn't start, Norwood should be way down the list.
