On a side note, when I first met my wife an elderly relative remarked to my father that she looked like she had "a touch of the tar brush" about her.
I accepted that they were born into a time when views on race were far less enlightened. I didn't take offence from the remark because of theat.

SIgn Netflix an Spotify deals, look forwards rather than backwards, focus on what they can do in the future, flat bat questions re royal family etc. etc......no need to be a hermit.
BUT..............a 2 hour tell all interview, where a succession of claims being made against an institution isn't just going to go quietly into the night - it's pouring petrol onto the fire and will result in a reaction.
If they want to disassociate then do, it isn't an argument with your missus or your mate, they can't have the last word then walk away or shut the door.....this does more damage than anything, and they are either being badly advised, are so wrapped up in themselves that they don't get it, or don't want the privacy from the media |

Not often I disagree with you Illers, but even speaking as an anti-royalist I thought they sat there and spoke as people about an institution that has protected itself at all cost for too long.
They didn't step out of line, weren't rude to anyone and were cautious to not single out individuals.
