Apparently tactics, coaching, mentality, phases of play, set piece plans, attacking move coordination and instructions are nothing to do with Cook.

If it was all about tactics, coaching, mentality, phases of play, set piece plans, attacking move coordination and instructions, you wouldn't need to sign any players you would just use the academy
Lambert got sacked as the squad he put together was not good enough, IF and when the starting 11 was available it had a chance to win games, but it took just 2/3 injuries and the squad available thereafter was not good enough and that's why he got sacked
PC has not had the luxury to even have a run of 2 games with the the better players of the squad
