On my account it tells me my Czech Republic ticket is to be refunded, where as my Croatia one still says allocated, but it's unclear if this has been done yet so it's just about the waiting game now.

Mine has been changing constantly all day so I wouldn't trust it as gospel mate.
My tickets went from being allocated to refunded so I cancelled my hotel.
Got a text an hour ago saying they were showing up as allocated again and now they say I can 'sit with a friend' except the seats would not be sat together.
I think someone at UEFA is having a bit of a mare. |  |

Yes it looks a 100% legit email to me, & I've double checked it via the webpage, im just aware this re-ballot process does present the kind of opportunity for people to get scammed, I know it happened when events were cancelled last year, people got emails saying please click this link to enter your credit card details so we can refund you kind of stuff.
Not that this one says that at all, and never follow links that request that kind of detail, but just always question emails you get even when they look legit & official is my rule of thumb
Plus I once got emailed by a UEFA sponsor telling me I had won an all expenses trip & hotel & spending money to the champions league final. Which was also legit email but actually turned out to be a complete mistake on their part, theyd sent out the winners email to everyones email they had on record, so again always question stuff. | | | |

I believe UEFA are refunding automatically, but given how this is all going you might be waiting 3/4 years.

Luckily someone on twitter worked out UEFA's system. They were cancelling them in order number order. So for me my Czech tickets which started 163 were cancelled on Tuesday morning and Croatia which was 195 cancelled last night.
I don't know what number they're at now but as long as your order number's (not ticket number) start with at least earlier than 195 you should be good to go. God knows when you'll get a successful email though, they've made a right farce of this. [Post edited 21 May 2021 8:33]
