If it’s a deep one, which it looks to be, I’d say that needs a few stitches to hold it together - but the medical people on here are the ones for the sensible answer. |  | | |

I've got head butted on the eyebrow once. Similar sort of cut and it needed 11 stitches. Still got the scar. |  |

I was elbowed in football, and had a similar sized cut above my eye. Due to it’s depth, it required 6 stitches. From this image, it would appear it’s deep, and especially as it’s above the eye, it requires medical attention. |  | | |
