I guess there is a scenario whereby a "Russian footballers" team might be allowed to play in manager less. a bit like in the Olympics, so long as there are no official ties to the country (ie they are all playing outsideof Russia), and the footballers in the squad publicly denounce the situation. But it's hard to imagine anyone wanting to associate with them, so they'd be managerless. |  |
