Of course it could have happened in either, I never said otherwise. We also had the power to make the laws to prevent it whether in the EU or not (as some EU Member States have done). That's the link - leaving the EU was never going to protect British workers. Quite the opposite. Leave EU was funded by secretive Foundations and Think Tanks with vested interests in supporting business owners over employees. That was the whole point of it. | |

Indeed. My initial post was simply pointing out the hypocrisy of those who are actively seeking to undermine workers' rights outside of the EU now being shocked and appalled that workers' rights are now being undermined by big business. | |
