Thompson is better defensively than Penney; against the top teams I fully expect him to start. Against Crewe and Charlton, Penney may be the better option. | |

Nope not strange. Been to every game under McKenna and also all those Penny has played and Thompson is nowhere near what we need. Would take Penny everyday of the week and that's not a high bar. Would rather have Vincent-Young in that position when fit. | | | |
